▢ Bookmark TCW App™ for easy access: https://thecontentwell.com/login

▢ Save your TCW’s login credentials

▢ Add CA login to your TCW account:

     ▢ Go to World Icon (Top-Right Corner in the App) → Admins

     ▢ Enter your CA email address to send an invitation with the access capability you want for them.

     ▢ Go to TCW Academy™

     ▢ Click on the [1️⃣Roll Camera! 🎬 ACTION 🤳] Module

     ▢ Pick Webinar Topic

     ▢ Follow our Film Tips document

     ▢ Edit your Webinar following our editing tips document

     ▢ Upload video to your TCW Video Manager:

          ▢ Go to Tools → Settings → General → Videos → Upload your video

If your branding feels off after completing these steps, don't worry! You'll meet one-on-one with Steph to ensure everything is perfect before you launch.

     ▢ Go over [Global Styling] inside, you’ll find instructions to:

          ▢ Update your entire brand’s color palette

          ▢ Upload different logo variations and formats

          ▢ Upload your Favicon file (The little logo on the browser tab of your landing pages)

          ▢ Upload your Brand’s Social Sharing Image (The little thumbnail image that shows everywhere, every time you share your links via text, social media posts, etc.)

     ▢ Go over [🎨Brand your Landing Pages] inside, you’ll find instructions to:

          ▢ 📝 Review Landing Pages Copy 

          ▢ 🖼️ Replace Landing Pages Images 

          ▢ Update Doctor Headshot + Bio (once for all landing pages)

          ▢ Check SEO photo + Information

          ▢ 🎬 Replace Webinar Video 

          ▢ Download Resource Guides into Canva and update images with YOUR photos

          ▢  🔗Update the Resource Guide file link to download

     ▢ Go over the Instructions for [💌 Brand Your Automations] inside, you’ll find instructions to:

          ▢ 📝 Review each Email Copy

          ▢ 🖼️ Replace Email Images 

          ▢ Update Canva Images

          ▢ 🔗Update Contact Us Email Button and Social Media Links

     ▢ Go over the Instructions for [💌 Brand Your Newsletters] (This can happen on a weekly basis/monthly batched to add personalizations for timing.)

          ▢ 📝 Review each newsletter's Copy 

          ▢ 🖼️ Replace Landing Pages Images 

          ▢ 🔗Update Contact Us Email Button and Social Media Links

          ▢ Save your very OWN in-house Newsletter Design for future newsletters 🥳(We’ll go over that after onboarding call #1, which goes through launch)
